Cancellation Policy
Free trial sessions require 24-hour cancellation notice. After two late cancellations or no-shows, the free trial is forfeited. Materials must be provided to the tutor 24 hours prior to the session. If this is not possible, it must be communicated to the tutor and materials are to be provided as soon as they are available. If there is no communication and materials are not received, the trial will be canceled.
